This Delivery Policy explains how Seroraboutique processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through our Website.
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes shown below. However, all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination country, courier service, public holidays, customs procedures, and other external factors beyond our reasonable control.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an initial confirmation email together with your purchase invoice. This email confirms that we have received your order, but it does not yet mean that your order has been accepted or dispatched.
After your order has been reviewed and processed, you will receive a second email confirming that your order has been accepted and shipped.
Orders are generally processed on working days only. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

4. Shipping Currency
All shipping prices on the Website are displayed in EUR.
If your payment method is set to a different currency, the final converted amount will be shown during checkout or by your payment provider at the time of payment.
We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or additional fees applied by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
5. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times begin once the order has been dispatched, not when it is placed.
Working days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed parcel, we may charge additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

10. Risk and Ownership

- the risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided in the order;
- ownership of the goods passes only once full payment has been received by us.
